Early termination contract, no penalty

Hi,

I cancelled my contract early after receiving the price change email saying I could do it with no early termination penalty.

I did this through the chat function giving 30 days notice.

However, I haven't received any confirmation by email or text, is this normal? I'd like confirmation it's happened and it will have no early termination penalty.

You would be best calling to confirm the cancellation @Le64.
Live chat is a little unreliable for this kind of thing, and you wouldn't want to find out it has not been processed.
