      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined O2 through mobiles.co.uk for my last contract, so I'm not on a O2 refresh plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The recent price rise e-mail had this bit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because of these changes you have the right to end your tariff without having to pay an Early Termination Charge. Should you decide to end your contract, you must give us notice within 30 days of the date of receiving this communication as set out in your contract.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this mean I can end my contract and request my PAC code, with nothing left to pay for the remainder of my term, around 7-8 months?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4521760"&gt;@Broonie&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From my understanding, only if you have over 25Gb tariff, and it does say you "may"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would contact customer services on 202 and they will be the best to advise.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Impact of these price and roaming changes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Some of the changes to our out-of-bundle charges and Roaming Limits on Tariffs over 25GB, &lt;U&gt;may mean you have the right to exit your agreement without having to pay an Early Termination Charge&lt;/U&gt;. If you choose to exit your agreement and have a related Device Plan you will also have to repay it in full.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14600"&gt;@Bambino&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My point is leaving the airtime plan I took out with my pay monthly phone (Not O2 refresh, so all one price), and move to a cheaper SIM only contract (including the percentage rises you quote), and retain the benefits of roaming for now too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's an opportunity for people to save money against the price rises O2 are implementing.</description>

As thats a Consumer Credit Agreement.</description>

I see currently you are on a phone contract which ends on X/X/XXXX. Since you are on a standard contract which doesn't bifurcate the airtime and device plan cost, I am unable to confirm the exact amount that you need to pay towards your phone. So what I would suggest you is, contact our dedicated re-contracts team on live chat and they will help you with the further information regarding this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For all those looking to jump ship...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Be very careful...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BT (EE) are charging for all new customers who join from the 7th July £2 per day to roam in Europe&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Three are reducing there fair use policy to 12GB on any tariff&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vodafone have yet to announce any other roaming changes and are as now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So just be careful where you jump to, and also check signal on other networks before jumping in on a new network..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2021/06/o2-vodafone-and-three-uk-respond-to-eu-roaming-concerns.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2021/06/o2-vodafone-and-three-uk-respond-to-eu-roaming-concerns.html&lt;/A&gt;</description>
