      <description>I’ve just ordered a new sim and gave them my pac code. However the sim hasn’t arrived as just ordered it now. I want to cancel the number change so it doesn’t turn off my old network coverage (giff gaff)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4503667"&gt;@Nicola_Wight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ports don't happen over the weekend so at best the changeover won't happen until Tuesday which is plenty of time for your new O2 SIM to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 will also text your giffgaff number with a changeover date once they process your request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
