have notification pop up on screen sayin g i got new voicemail, but when i dial 901 to check my voicemail messgaes it says i have no new messages or saved messages

@Giedre82 Hi, sometimes the notification sticks on, try restarting the phone.

@Giedre82 If @Anonymous' option does not work then try leaving yourself another VM from a different phone. When you go to options after 'listening' to it, press 3 to delete and both voicemails should be gone along with the icon.

You need to call your own phone from another and leave yourself a voicemail.

Then call your voicemail, listen to your message and delete it.

This will clear the stuck notification.
