NS&I security check call going to voicemail when overseas

i'm currently in Australia on O2 roaming. Receiving ordinary calls fine, but automated calls from security checks such as NS&I go straight to voicemail so I can't complete the login. Any solutions? Key one for meis to be able to receive calls from 08085007007

Have you tried turning voicemail off? Dial 1760 to turn off, 1750 to turn back on again.

Something we always suggest when out of the EU as you may incur charges to receive.
