I have just switched over to o2 and ordered my new sim only on line. i filled in the form as instructed and put in my pac code in the field provided. I then recive an email saying hi and welcome to 02 and here is my new number!!!! Ive had my number all the time ive had a mobile phone wich is nealry 20 yrs and i want to keep it thanks o2. eventally managed to speak to a real person who told me they have no record of pac code! whats the point of filling in the pac code field if it doesnt work! anyone else had this prblem ??

Ports on't happen at weekends

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

so where are the contact numbers? spent half hour going round and round in circles here and still cant find a contact number!!!!!!! why do you hide it???
