Hello I am currently paying for a phone and airtime but want to switch to sim only as I’m buying a new phone outright. Is it possible to just pay my remaining balance on my device and just switch over whilst keeping the same phone number

Yes, just pay off your device plan and then upgrade to a sim only tariff.

You keep your current sim card as everything is transferred on the system.

Yes, that's definitely possible.

You can pay the remaining balance for your phone over the phone with customer services on 202 free from your mobile. It might be worth looking at moving over to a sim only plan once you've cleared the remaining balance on the phone, it's typically cheaper this way. Once you have your new phone, you can simply switch your sim card over, keeping the same number
