I am trying to upgrade through my o2 app and it keeps saying “you started checking out...” but when I click on it it then says something went wrong . Please help

You need to call O2. You can place your order with them. All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

I’ve already done this and I’ve been told all different things , I think there’s something wrong with the app.

Then delete the app and reinstall.

Any updates will be included in the new 'installation'.

I have also done this , I’m so confused as to what has happened as I received my legal documents via email and I was about to pay for my upgrade and the error page comes up

You don't actually sign.

Just open the links and read the T&C's and accept them.

This counts as your legal acceptance.

Hello everyone thank you for your help but unfortunately it wouldn’t work online so I went into the o2 shop and got my upgrade instead, very happy with my iPhone 12
