      <description>I have been charged twice in the last month and it was going to happen again this month so I emptied my bank account so they don’t charge me twice AGAIN, so this problem NEEDS TO BE SOLVED ASAP because this is effecting my credit score.</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4058969"&gt;@Oz&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firstly credit scores are a fictious number, lenders etc look at the actual file&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Trust me cancelling Direct Debits or Not paying will eventually lead to disconnection, defaults been registered with you and Debt collection agencies calling you, and you may end up with CCJ's which will destroy your credit file for 6 years (defaults and CCJ's)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And your bank will charge you for failed direct debits (most banks do).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So look in myo2 and check your account and as &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt; says on refresh you will see 2 direct debits. and call Customer Services.</description>
