      <description>Has anybody managed to actually get any kind of response or help regarding credit markers put on by o2 which you have no clue why and no one on the phone can tell you why?? This is massively affecting my credit score and I have no clue why they are even on there being an o2 customer for 10yrs and getting no answers!!!</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4224724"&gt;@Sarahb3011&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your credit score is a fictional number, and most entities are interested in missed payments, and defaults.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The best thing to do if you think something is wrong is to put a notice of correction on your credit file, and then log as a dispute with the likes of TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax, this can be done for free via ClearScore or CreditKarma and more...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
