    <description>&lt;P&gt;Where is a link to launch a complaint against O2 customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your website keeps sending me around in circles making sure there is no link to complain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you hope customers will just give up??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will also be a valid complaint for ofcom to look into.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4427019"&gt;@Fred_&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OFCOM don't deal with Consumer complaints you will need to register it with either CISAS or the Ombudsman Service once you have exhausted the o2 complaints process with o2 which &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt; as pointed you to.</description>
