    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have 2 old defaulted accounts with 02. I tried to go through usual channels at Head Office around November time with the help of a friend with little success. I was supposed to receive a letter of statements for the debts and figure out a payment which I have never received as of yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope I can get this resolved as quickly as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Liam.</description>
