    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve had no letters at all about a product that I have with you!&lt;BR /&gt;The iPad I had on a monthly tariff has been blocked.&lt;BR /&gt;Can we please sort this out as I thought it was tied in with my phone contract which has never missed a payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I had known about this sooner I could have resolved it back then.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The iPad was for work but hasn’t been used until today when I went to use it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you need details off me please get in touch.</description>
