      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it me, or is 02, the worst company ever to speak to an agent, they warn you that it'll take a while and then you have just endless menu after menu of which nothing resorts actually speaking to a human being.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your menu wants makes me want to leave 02, why is it so hard just to put forward how to speak to another human being, I don't mind waiting!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue, the bloody bot leads me thru various menus and then says 'Bye'!&amp;nbsp; Phoned several times in a row...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yeah, Virgin are the nadir of all CS as far as I'm concerned&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@3E8C460C7F2718E720C8F50588E0D2DB/images/smilies/043.png" alt="rage" title="rage" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Hate them with a passion!
