Change my mind about sim only

Hi there, I recently changed my mind about my sim only deal and would like to go for £10 for 6months then £20 100gb sim only deal deal can this done without cancelling completely and sending the sim back? Also can I change it online I'm within the 14 day period.

You'll need to call customer service.

They can probably just switch it on the system easily enough.
Numbers here
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I've just upgraded to the new deal online as it said that I was eligible for A new sim deal so does that mean it was free or not im really confused now help

Yes if you upgraded you just pay the new tariff in future, same billing date as before @Jbeezy1995

Just to add that we have both recently changed to the 6 month half price 100GB sim only
