Mobile data not working

I have recently put a new o2 sim into a recently unlocked vodaphone phone. The sim works as I can make calls and texts, however the data doesn’t work. Any solutions?

I will ask an O2 online advisor to look into this, but they won't be back on until tomorrow at 8 am. @O2Lisa can you please assist @Davidhales96?
