      <description>A simple process of bumber porting is taking so long. My pac code will expire tomorrow. Do i need a new pac code if O2 doesnt process my number porting request. Not a pleasant situation for me on xmas and new year. I’m paying two bills at the moment. One to O2 and other to vodafone.</description>
