How can I contact customer service by phone?

Can someone tell me what times the o2 call centre is open?

I have just switched from EE and the service from o2 is absolutely abysmal in comparison.

I rang 202 and pressed about 7 options only to be cut off and told to use the app.

Obviously the app is garbage too and doesn't answer my query at all.

Please can someone just tell me how to contact someone at o2? I'm really regretting signing up to this shower of rubbish.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Opening times below. Best time to call is 8am

Monday - Friday	8am - 9pm
Saturday	8am - 8pm
Sunday	8am - 6pm
