I have a Microsoft subscription that I didn’t know about in my bill can I block it from been able to keep charging ?

You need to call O2 and ask them to place a charge to mobile bar on your account.

You will need to go to account.microsoft.com and login using your microsoft account and you should see any charges.

You can also contact o2 and ask them to block payments from your o2 number.
