Why have I been charged 6.58 for a 48 p call at 7p per minute call charge to 0844 number. That's pretty disgraceful and entrapment

On O2, 0800 numbers are free to call but 0844 numbers aren't.

The service charge for calls to 084 numbers is 7p per minute.

The access charge – which is additional to the service charge, is 55pm (making a total of 62p a minute)
