      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a text message from O2 some weeks ago informing me that my tariff had been reviewed and that as of mid October, I'd be on O2 Refresh Unlimited 15GB. Today I've received an email from mycare informing me that this change is now "all sorted". Who are mycare and is this legitimate?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
