    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4154440"&gt;@Michelle10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call O2 using any numbers in this guide&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Coronavirus-Covid-19-Community-Help-and-Support/td-p/1317461/highlight/true" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, press Fraud or Lost and Stolen if given that option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Help ! Have decided to leave O2 but am unable to get a PAC Code by text as I have 2 devices on the account. The text points me at 202 that I can’t phone at the mo due to COVID any other ideas?!</description>
