I’ve paid my bill in full today but my phone it’s yet to be back in services. It would be helpful if you can check and get back with me and as I’ve got a lot of important calls to make with my university.

It normally takes 24 hrs to reconnect. Ussing any phone or Skype, contact O2 on the numbers in this guide

Just to add, this isn't O2, it's a community forum, so you do need to call O2 on the numbers in the link I gave above.
