Hi. Can someone tell me how I cancel the Disney channel I got when I upgraded. It now going to charge me for it and I e never used it.

Go to your Extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Tap on Disney+ then tap the + under it to expand the options, then turn off "auto renew"

On the my O2 app.
Firstly you scroll down and click on “your extra”
Secondly you will see a plus icon, by so click that and you will see an option to mange extras.
