Deposit Refund

I bought 2 iPhones in Jan 2020 and had to pay a large deposit. They said it would be returned to me in 3 months and that it will reflect as a positive value in my O2 account. I can’t find it anywhere in the app, I just want to get my deposit back - can anyone help?

The deposit is returned after the 3rd bill is paid, ie it shows as a credit on the 4th bill.
Once it shows you can call customer services and ask for it to be refunded.

@ChrisLegs Normally the deposit is refunded after the full three months in the fourth month. If you haven't received it as yet you'll need to speak to customer service. Best time to try is 8 am.

my deposit has been sent by o2 5 days ago but is still not showing in my account, they said 5 working days (which it has been) but not gone into my account?? How long am i meant to wait?

You need to keep chasing customer service

Refunds can take anything up to 28 days
