Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as calling O2 on on 202 is concerned,&amp;nbsp;below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.&lt;BR /&gt;Call 202 from your mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best time to try to get through is 8 am.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't Text for a PAC Code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to text INFO to 85075 and PAC to 65075 to switch from O2 to a new provider but keep the same phone number. However, when I try either of these numbers it says it has failed to send. We tried calling 202 for help but they hung up on us saying that they're only answering important calls. Does anyone know what we can do to receive a PAC code or basically any information at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
