      <title>Insurance Cancellation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the coronavirus pandemic i was unable to get through to o2 customer support to cancel my o2 insurance bill (£15.00 /month). The first time I tried to do this was March 2020 and I subsequently tried 3 more times after this is April. I eventually used an email to explain that I have been trying to cancel my insurance for 3 months in June and still haven't gotten a response and I am still getting charged for this insurance. Does anyone know how i can cancel this and get refunded the 5 x £15.00 charges I have received for insurance i did not want or need?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;</description>
