Are you talking about your deposit?

If so you need to contact O2 and ask for it to be returned to your bank.

Hi no, when I took the plan out it was a reduced monthly amount, but they put that to show that was the equivalent you would be paying after your cashback?

O2 don't do cashback offers.

You need to contact the people you took the contract with?
