Hi,
New o2 customer question....when WiFi calling, can I make international calls. It doesn’t seem to work, however when I call a UK number it connects immediately via WiFi calling.

Wfi calling isn't available for international calls or any calls that aren't included in your allowances @Gregg

@Gregg You can make international calls using your WiFi for free if you use WhatsApp or Skype but both you and the person you're calling need to have the app.

International calls do work over wifi calling but are charged extra.

If you have a spend cap on your account it will prevent international calls made by any means.

To make international calls, you'll need to call O2 to lift bars or extend your spend cap.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
