I got sent a promo code yesterday saying O2 will give me £100 off any handset if I maove direct to them as I am currently a carphone warehouse customer.

When I try to use the code it says its for £50 off the upfront cost of the upfront cost & as there isn't one it gives me no discount at all.

Any ideas as there seems to be no way to contact O2 at this time to sort it?

Did they sort it? I have received one as well but can't redeem it at all!
