Hi if my phone contract has ended but I haven’t upgraded The phone and I’ve kept the same airtime plan does this mean my insurance still stay on this phone or does that end when the device plan ends ?

Hi @Nat0103 , yes your current insurance will stay on your account until you decide to upgrade. If you decide to cancel the insurance before you upgrade you would need to contact customer service to do this.

The Insurance will remain the same until you change the phone.

You should check out the terms and conditions of the policy though
