Every time I try to upgrade phone on my 02 the screen just stays on the loading screen, have refreshed page, deleted app though still the same

Oh that’s strange. If you’re able to call you could try 202 from your handset or pop into a local shop.

How long have you had the contract for?

Hi not to sure why this is happening, could you possibly log in to my o2 through a browser and try and see if that let's you upgrade without freezing on the loading screen.

Hi have tried using different browser though still the same, has been on same screen for 2 days now so have missed out on an offer on the phone I wanted too
