    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have pre-ordered the Sony Xperia 1 ii on the 4th, this is my first o2 contract as I am currently on EE...I have a £30 charge to my bank account and everything seemed to process fine.&amp;nbsp; Except I never recieved any confirmation via email or other communication (I really should have printed the confirmation page....)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After talking to a live chat agent on the 5th, I was able to get my order number (after swapping 4 agents and taking about 50mins).&amp;nbsp; Still no email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I go to try and track my order, which I am told to use My o2 on the website, but my o2 account contains zero information.&amp;nbsp; No products/services or anything useful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since its now the day before I'm expecting to be recieving the phone, I would expect some kind of dispatch email or something to confirm that its going to ship, but still nothing.&amp;nbsp; How do I find out whether I am indeed going to get the phone tomorrow or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dean&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3994612"&gt;@Dean1234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dispatch emails are sent the evening before delivery and not before but only customer service can tell you if you will be getting one today or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005&lt;/P&gt;</description>
