I’ve just received a text message from a unknown number telling me there was a problem paying my last bill, I’ve looked on my O2 app and all seems to be in order.
I’m guessing it’s a scam just wondering if there’s anyone that I should report this too? Thanks Lee

I had a text saying the below:

O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your payment information via: <Link Removed>

I’m assuming this is also a scam as I’ve paid my bill.

Good evening. At 15:02 today 16/06/20 I also received a text message suggesting there was a problem processing my payment. I have checked on My 02 and there appears no problem with any of my payments. My message reads ')2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via: <Link Removed>. Is this message anything like that which you received? For the time being I shall be ignoring it assuming it is spam, fishing for my bank account details.
