When I go to “manage my details” on o2 in “manage my account section” it is texting a security code to an old number of mine so I don’t get code and can’t log in to “manage my details”

You need to contact O2. They may need to reset your account.

Hi I can’t get through on any phone numbers and robot doesn’t understand question and no gurus.
