Guys, need some help have been trying to activate WiFi/ 4g calling for the last hour but I can’t figure out how even after reading what the website says can anyone help? I’ve got an iPhone XR

It has to be activated on your account. You can check this on the o2 app. Go to more then to device connection then 4g and wifi calling.

I have tried this but that option doesn’t come up on my account, how else do I go about activating it?
