The section you want can be saved as a PDF and printed off. All insurance companies accept that as proof of usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's the phone and number which is insured. This should be explained to her bank. She obviously has bank statements as proof of payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they don't accept this, I'm not sure what else you can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My girlfriend has a contract under my name, it's been running for over 10 years now. She pays for her bills by direct debit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that she got her phone stolen a couple of months ago and in order to claim insurance with her bank, she needs a proof of usage. The problem is that the proof of usage comes under my name. How can we do to settle things as she's paying for a plan for a phone she no longer has and her insurance doesn't want to process the claim because it's under my name?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ronan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3025476"&gt;@Ronan2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You see the phone number is there and that's the number you are claiming for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If her bank have a loophole that only a NAMED person can claim, then that's pathetic really.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doubt you can do anything else if they are unwilling to pay out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in a slightly different situation. I am paying for my grandsons phone and sim only contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We spoke to O2 and they&amp;nbsp;allowed him to have control of his My O2 as I wanted nothing to do with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He took out separate insurance for his device, in HIS name but my bank details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what else you can do if the bank have rigid rules about insurance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An expensive lesson learnt I think.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
