    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've received a letter informing me I'm beyond my term contract but can't get hold of anyone to discuss it, I don't want to use the opt out text message as that will increase my payments again, I'm hoping to switch to giffgaff but I daren't risk swapping at the moment as I'm not sure if my i phone &amp;nbsp;is locked to O2, my business telephone line is currently diverted to my mobile, &amp;nbsp;I had 14 days to reply to this letter. I've no idea what I'm best doing, can anyone advise please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Giff Gaff uses the o2 network so wouldnt matter if your phone is locked to o2 or not your phone will work with the Giff Gaff sim.</description>
