This seems to get the best response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't worry about O2's idea of urgent. To the sustomer THEIR problem is urgent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW there are numerous other numbers in the guide I posted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
