I have a voucher code with my Blue Light Card for 25% off my airtime bill. When I go onto the o2 open section to apply the code it’s asking for a 5 digit code from my employer which I don’t have as my employer is not registered with o2 open, I got my voucher code directly through my Blue Light card which I have been verified for. Does anyone no how to apply this code? Just took out a new contract yesterday and worried it’s not going to work and I’m going to be left paying a high bill.

If it won't work online you'll need to call O2.

The number ending in 4005 is the best one to try first.
