How long for a name change?

I e-mailed my documents to O2 for a name change at the start of the week . I was told it would take up to 5 days to change.

I called customer services after 6 days as I am waiting on upgrading my contract and it ends tomorrow, so I don't really want to be stuck for another month. Customer services said they would investigate and get back to be within 24 hours. It has now been well over 24 hours.

Where do I go from here?

Keep calling until it's done for you. There isn't much else you can do @LucieTaylor

Thank you!! Called the number, got through very quick! They couldn't do much though, said to call back Monday.

It worked for me when I rang re that bill issue about 4 days ago. Rang twice and answered immediately. A bit of a shock if honest.
