Hi,

My contract is due to be finished on the 11th June 2020. I wish to keep my phone and move to sim only after this. I cant find how I do this without paying the remainded of my plan now. I dont want to keep paying my overpriced airtime plan and then my sim only in June. How do I move over?

You check the upgrade options in My O2

Then you choose the Simo tariff to suit. All will be changed automatically on the system and you will just be paying for the one (Simo)Tariff andkeep the same number.

Your sim only upgrade options will appear after your June end date.

You can change over immediately on that day without having to pay any extra.
