Hi

A device plan has to always be linked to an airtime plan, however you are able to amend your airtime plan via the MyO2 app to one which better suits your needs, you can amend the plan once a bill cycle if required.

I want to keep my device plan going but try and cancel my refresh airtime plan and switch to a pay as you go SIM card. Anyone have any answers on how they would charge just the airtime plan being cancelled but not the device plan? Thanks in advance x
