Does anyone know how to cancel your monthly insurance on My o2 ? They make it so hard to amend anything to do with you bill

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Hi ! Thanks for your reply ! I’ve tried calling them and when the automated service asked me what I was calling about it automatically hung up?

Choose fraud, lost/stolen or ugrades. They will transfer you to CS adviser.

Have you tried the other numbers

Also use Skype and see if you can get through.

When the option comes you can select refund or fraud or anything so you can get a chance to speak with someone at least
