Hi,

I've finished paying my device plan last month and I can upgrade. I'm thinking of upgrading my phone this month. My contract resets each month on the 14th and I pay the bill on the 28th of each month. If I upgrade now will my dates change or do I have to wait till the contact resets or once the payment has come out for the payment date to stay the same or around that date?

Hi @EmmaS86

If you upgrade your payment date stays the same. There may be an extra payment on your first bill to cover the pro rata days overlap.

Would it be better for me to wait till I pay the bill at the end of the month so I only have the new payment charges or do I need to do it on the contract reset date ie the 14th?

Just upgrade at any time, there will always be a cuple of days overlap.

payment date remains the same.

You can do whatever suits you. Remember though, the offer you see now may not be available if you wait.
