    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to a Samsung A20e yesterday on a new tarriff. I did sim swap via text message yesterday morning as i am keeping my number. Unfortunately i cannot recieve incoming texts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded from an iPhone 6S to a Huawei P30 Lite yesterday. I also swapped the sim using text service but have not been able to receive any SMS messages. I have been able to send them and both send and recieve phone calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought there may have been an issue with the number being associated with Apple iMessage but I have turned it off on all devices. Of course the Apple way of checking if you have de-registered the number is to send you an SMS code (*facepalm*).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a larger problem with the network I guess we will see if it gets resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
