Upgrade sim swap issue

I upgraded on Sunday to Samsung s20, received Monday, Monday night I did the simswap but can't receive any texts. I can send texts, revieve and make calls etc but just not receive any incoming texts. This has been well over 24hrs now and when I called been told to wait another 24 hrs if still not working will have to have another sim but will probably have the same issue! I have rebooted, removed the sim, put the sim in old phone and have same issue, done a network reset, nothing works. Any other ideas? Getting really annoyed now as was going to change networks but was convinced to stay and thought due to only swaping number to sim this would be easy!

Thankyou for this. At least I know its not just me. Just wish o2 would have said when i called as sounded as if if could be problems with the phone!
