done sim swap yesterday from my s9 to s20. Everything on s20 is working fine apart from the fact I can't receive text messages please help

Texts are usually the last part of the swap to be be provisioned.

Keep rebooting your phone.

It has been over 24 hours sim swap was done 1830 yesterday 4th may

@Cleoriff hey its been over 24 hours as swap was done yesterday at 1830 4th May I can receive calls I can send messages just can't receive is this normal

It's normally 24-48 hrs @laurawoo but taking longer.

If you need to call O2 then use the numbers in this guide

@Cleoriff I have been in contact with o2 but as I'm a community carer all of my correspondence is via text at minute so really worrying now incase I have done something wrong with phone the only thing not working is me receiving texts so as long as this is normal I can relax

As @jonsie says, numerous people having the same issue with the S20 today.

We have given all the advice we can... so you do need to call O2 on the numbers I gave above

My wife is having same problem we both got the s20 ultra at the same time mine receives messages but hers doesn't have tried numerous things but to no avail please help

Sadly we can't help on here. As you have read numerous people are having this same problem with the S20. Keep rebooting your phone and contact customer services
