      <description>I am not happy that the system is down. I needed to make a conference call and now have to use my land Line which will cost me 23p to connect t and 15.5 p a minute. The calls usually last an hour so this will be expensive where as the 020 number is included in my minutes. What are you guys going to do about that??</description>

      <description>We don't know &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3940281"&gt;@Sarah43&lt;/a&gt; as we are also customer of o2.&lt;BR /&gt;Keep checking the status link above.&lt;BR /&gt;You would need to discuss compensation with o2 &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2054437"&gt;@Sophie8&lt;/a&gt;. Perhaps ask your work to use an alternative such as Microsoft Teams or Skype?</description>
