    <description>Yes I’ve paid my bill on time. This isn’t the issue. My 4G seems to work fine but can’t make any calls. Can’t even get hold of O2 anywhere. Really annoying me now</description>

      <description>I can’t seem to call anyone on my device. It just keeps saying ‘calling’ with no sign of it actually calling the person but no sound. Or it says ‘call failed’ I have unlimited minutes and have really good signal so don’t understand why this is happening. Can someone please help</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in Bromley and experiencing exactly the same issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; No support from 02.&amp;nbsp; Same issue occured last week and corrected itself after a few hours.&amp;nbsp; 02 network is becoming increasing unreliable .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>try restarting phone, and dropping the signal down to 3g rather than 4g and see if that helps and post back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kurt</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile has gone off as well. Phone won't call out and when I call it's number from a different mobile a message says 'the number I am calling is not recognised'. Calling the help line 100 puts me round and round in circles until it cuts me off because I'm not reporting fraud!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problems even after restart on my s10+ but my partner's s10 is working just fine. If you check the network status page it says they are aware of technical issues but no details and not exactly obvious!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
